Managing Your Communication Preferences
We want you to have control over the emails you receive from us. You can manage your preferences at any time from your web account portal.
Log in at usespace.online and navigate to the Communications panel.
Required Communications
For your security and to provide our service, we must always send you transactional emails. You cannot unsubscribe from these. They include:
- Security alerts (e.g., a password change was requested)
- Password reset links
- Updates to our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy
Marketing & Product Communications
Beyond the essential emails, you have two options for how you’d like to hear from us:

The Pack (Full Communications)
- What it is: This is the default and recommended option.
- What you get: You’ll receive all essential alerts, plus product updates on new features, tips and tricks from Ritchie, and some celebratory messages (they’re super secret). This is the best way to get the most out of Space.

The Notices (Essential-Only)
- What it is: This is the minimal option.
- What you get: You will only receive the essential transactional and security alerts listed above. You will not receive product announcements, tips, or any other marketing communication.
How to Save Your Changes
- Select either The Pack or The Notices.
- Click the Save Changes button.
- A “Preferences saved!” message will appear to confirm your choice.
You can also unsubscribe from non-essential emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us.
