Beta Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 28, 2025
These Beta Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Space Beta Program (“Beta Program”) provided by SharkSpace (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in the Beta Program, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:
1. Pre-Release Software
The version of Space provided through the Beta Program is pre-release software under active development. It may contain bugs, missing features, or unexpected behavior. Its functionality does not represent the final product, and we make no guarantees of stability or completeness.
2. Evaluation Use Only
The Beta is provided solely for evaluation and testing purposes. It is not intended for use in production environments or for managing critical business inventory. You agree to use non-essential, sample data during testing and not to rely on the Beta for operational needs.
3. Data Access & Usage
You acknowledge and agree that members of the development team may access, review, and analyze the data you enter into the system during the Beta. This access helps us better understand usage patterns, identify bugs, and improve functionality. We will treat all data with discretion and will not use it for any purposes unrelated to product development and support.
4. Data Is Temporary
Due to frequent updates and system changes, data stored in the Beta environment may be reset, modified, or deleted at any time and without prior notice. You are responsible for backing up any information you wish to retain. We are not liable for loss of any data input during the Beta Program.
5. Feedback and Participation
Your participation in the Beta Program includes a willingness to:
-
Provide feedback via surveys, forms, or interviews;
-
Report bugs, issues, or unexpected behaviors;
-
Share general impressions and suggestions.
By providing feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, and adapt your feedback to improve the Space platform.
6. Excitement Is Welcome — Keep Details Private
We encourage you to share that you’re participating in the Space Beta! Feel free to spread excitement via word of mouth, social media, or in conversation. However, please do not share screenshots, specific features, interface details, private links, or internal materials, as they may change before public release.
7. No Compensation
Participation in the Beta Program is voluntary and provided without expectation of compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Access to the Beta does not constitute or imply any entitlement to monetary or material benefit. Any future offers, discounts, or incentives will be communicated separately and are not covered by this agreement.
8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Beta Program at any time, with or without cause. We may also modify or discontinue the Beta Program at our sole discretion.
9. Confidentiality
Except for the permitted sharing noted above, you agree to treat the Beta software and any related materials as confidential. This includes functionality, screenshots, URLs, and any communications marked as private or not publicly available.
10. No Warranty
The Beta software is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in the Beta Program, including loss of data, business disruption, or other incidental or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
13. Acceptance
By applying for or participating in the Space Beta Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Beta Terms of Service.
