Your First Login

When an administrator creates your account, you will receive an email with your login details, including a temporary password.

1. Navigate to the Space login page.
2. Enter your email address and the temporary password provided.
3. Click Login.

You will be immediately guided through a one-time setup process within the Space app to secure your account and personalize your workspace.

The Onboarding Process

This simple, guided setup ensures your account is ready to go.

Step 1: Meet Ritchie

The first screen introduces you to Ritchie, your AI assistant. He’s here to help you navigate Space and use its smart features.

• Click on Ritchie to begin your introduction!
• A tutorial will appear showing you where to find Ritchie later (in the main action button).
• Click Got It! to proceed.

Step 2: Create Your Profile

Next, you’ll set up your personal profile so your team knows who you are.

1. Upload a Profile Picture: Click the circle icon to upload a photo from your device. This is optional but highly recommended!
2. Enter Your Name: Type your full name into the Full Name field.
3. Click Next Step.

Step 3: Secure Your Account

For security, you must change your temporary password to a permanent, private one.

1. Enter the temporary password you received via email into the Temporary Password field.
2. Enter your new, secure password in the New Password field.
3. Confirm it by typing it again into the Confirm New Password field.
4. Click Next Step.

Ritchie’s Tip: Pay close attention to the password requirements listed on the screen, such as minimum length or special characters. These are set by your organization’s administrator.

Step 4: A Note on the Beta

This screen outlines the terms for using the beta version of Space. Read through the points and check the box for I understand and agree to these beta terms to continue.

Step 5: Review & Finish

The final screen gives you a summary of the information you’ve provided.

• If everything looks correct, click the Complete Setup button.

You’ll see a success animation, and then you’ll be taken directly to the main Overview screen of your new Space account. Welcome aboard!
