Managing Your Profile & Preferences

You can customize your personal information and the look and feel of the app from the Settings page.

1. Navigate to Settings

From the main navigation menu (the sidebar on desktop or the drawer on mobile), select Settings.

2. Select the “Personalization” Category

At the top of the Settings page, you’ll see several categories. Ensure Personalization is selected.

Editing Your Profile

The Profile section allows you to manage how you appear to your teammates.

1. Expand the Profile section by clicking on it.
2. To make changes, click the Edit icon. The fields will become editable.
3. To change your name: Modify the text in the Name field.
4. To change your profile picture: Click on your current avatar. This will open your device’s file explorer for you to select a new image.
5. When you are finished, click the Save icon (it looks like a checkmark) to save your changes. To cancel, click the Cancel icon (an X).

Ritchie’s Tip: Keeping your name and picture up-to-date helps your team easily see who is responsible for what in the app!

Customizing the App Theme

The App Theme section lets you switch between light and dark modes.

1. Expand the App Theme section.
2. You’ll see a set of buttons for Light, Dark, and System.
3. Select your preferred theme. The change will be applied instantly.

• Light: A bright, classic interface.
• Dark: A darker interface that’s easier on the eyes in low-light environments.
• System: Automatically matches the theme of your operating system (your computer or phone).
