Your App vs. Your Web Account
While the Space app (on mobile, desktop, or web) is for managing your inventory day-to-day, your web account portal at usespace.online is where you manage your subscription, billing, and top-level account settings.
How to Access Your Account Portal
- Navigate to the Space website at usespace.online.
- Click the Log In button in the top navigation header. The header will appear after scrolling past the first section.
- Enter the same email and password you use for the Space app.
Once logged in, you will land on your main account dashboard. This dashboard is organized into several panels, which you can navigate using the sidebar on the left (on desktop) or a dropdown menu (on mobile).
Navigating Your Account Panels
Here is a quick overview of what you’ll find in each section:
- Account: Manage your core profile information, like your name and email. This is also where you can log out of your web session.
- Security: This panel is for changing your account password.
- Communications: Control the types of emails you receive from us, from essential security alerts to product updates.

- Client Downloads: Find links to download the native desktop and mobile apps.
